We’re seeking a UX Designer to support a leading outdoor apparel company's digital product team. This is a remote position within the Pacific Time Zone, offering a full-time, temporary assignment lasting approximately 10 to 26 weeks. Join a team dedicated to creating engaging, user-centered experiences across various digital platforms and contribute to impactful design solutions.

UX Designer Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine user interfaces and prototypes that align with a global design system for web and digital channels.
• Use analytics and user feedback to guide design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers to define project challenges, opportunities, and user stories, while contributing to technical documentation.
• Maintain visual and interaction standards throughout the development process, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs and produce comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and journey maps, accompanied by detailed documentation for development and content teams.

UX Designer Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of experience in user experience design, within an agency, studio, or in-house setting.
• Demonstrated expertise designing for e-commerce platforms and an understanding of best practices in that area.
• Strong systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, accessible designs.
• Proven experience conducting qualitative user testing and applying insights to enhance user experiences.
• Excellent visual design skills, with attention to layout, composition, and intuitive interactions.
